All game data, including your save progress, heroes, inventory, and settings, is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device.
Legends of Ashwynd does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play. All features are available without registration of any kind.
The app does not display advertisements and does not integrate with any advertising networks or tracking SDKs.
The app does not include in-app purchases. There are no payment processors, subscription management services, or financial transactions of any kind within the app.
Legends of Ashwynd does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app operates entirely offline after installation. The only network requests the app may make are for over-the-air updates delivered through the Expo Updates framework, which does not collect or transmit any personal data.
You can delete all game data at any time by using the "Restart Game" option in the app's settings, or by deleting the app from your device. All locally stored data will be permanently removed.
Legends of Ashwynd does not collect any personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
